Tiled Galleries Not Available in Visual Editor

    I have a group of students working on a website who have activated Jetpack and are wanting to take advantage of the tiled galleries available through Jetpack. It is a multisite installation, and their site is a part of the MS network. Our version of WordPress and all plugins are up-to-date. After creating a gallery using the new visual block editor, they do not have the option to “transform” it to a tiled gallery. I went in as the network admin and verified that the option to transform to a tiled gallery is unavailable. Are tiled galleries not available for multisite WP sites?

    Hi there,

    What is your site address?

    Do you have the cleaner gallery plugin or something similar activated under the account? If so, it is causing the disappearance of the Tiled Gallery Feature:

    Also, you need to make sure that site accelerator is activated at Jetpack → Settings → Performance and activate Speed up image load times.

    Ah, the site accelerator was the problem! The tiled gallery option is there now–thank you!!
