On responsive sizes like mobile and tablet, you can use the CSS below, so please add CSS code to MEC Settings > Custom CSS:

@media (max-width: 960px) {
    .mec-wrap .mec-event-tile-view .col-sm-3 {
        width: 50%;
    }
}

@media (max-width: 480px) {
    .mec-wrap .mec-event-tile-view .col-sm-3 {
        width: 100%;
    }
}

Note: Please clear the cache after saving settings.
