Lets first start with confirm that your catalog is syncing:
A couple notes: T
– Catalog syncing happens automatically behind the scenes and does not require additional action on your part – the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin will initiate a sync when you first complete setup and when we detect new products are added or existing products are edited
– Catalog syncing may take 1-2 hours to complete the initial sync depending on the size of your catalog
– In some cases products may not be synced over due to missing required content (ie – missing images, description, etc.)
To Verify if products are syncing please follow these steps first:
– Go to Catalog Manager – https://ads.tiktok.com/catalogs/list
– Select the catalog you created in the setup of the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin
– View the “All Products” Card to see how many products are synced
– Click “Products” to see if your products are showing up as approved/processing/unavailable
If you are not seeing products synced to your TikTok Catalog please take a screenshot of both the Catalog Manager > Products Page and/or the TikTok for WooCommerce Overview Page > Catalog Section/Card.
If you can confirm the above we can do some additional digging into why the catalog might not be syncing by exploring your site logs.
