    I have a WordPress website and TikTok plugin installed and connected to the shop successfully https://imgur.com/a/4Z3nnJs. For some reason, most of the products were disapproved, and when I click “Manage” I get a forever loading screen https://imgur.com/a/WjAKyJs. How do I fix it?

    Second question, I already have most of products created on my TikTok shop manually, how do I link them with the WooCommerce so the stock is updated real time? Does TikTok plugin sync products by SKU? I can’t understand how the sync process is ensured, from the 17 products that were created automatically, there are no settings related to sync on TikTok or Woo.

    Last question, I can see I have 2 product catalogs https://imgur.com/a/f5uN19M, one was created manually when I added products to TikTok shop, and the other was created automatically after connecting TikTok and Woo by the plugin. The first catalog has “Magellan Active Sync” sign. What is it and how do I control it?

    In the end I just need to add all my products from Woo to TikTok and make sure the stock is automatically updated whenever there’s a sale on TikTok or Woo.

  • I am having the exact same issue. nobody at tiktok seems to be able to explain what is happening , I am only getting really old product data, it never seems to update product stock, and deleted products are still going live. I am positive it has to do with that “magellan active sync” catalog, but there is zero information about that online anywhere. Its extremely frustrating and I have tried speaking to tiktok biz, ads, and shop about it so far. Hopefully we can get some kind of resolution here!
