    We are just looking at using the TikTok Shop feed, but I can’t work out how to integrate this into TikTok itself. Also, the downloaded template from TikTik is completely different to the feed file generated by the plugin.

    I am beginning to think that this feature is not properly supported?

    Can you please advise if this really does support TikTok and point me at a tutorial that shows how to set it up?

    Hi @tonyduckett ,

    Our plugin has most of the mandatory fields for the Tiktok feed templates but it’s best to review their page and see if all the requirements are met: Catalog Product Parameters | TikTok Ads Manager

    If you confirm that your feed has all the required data/attributes then it’s an issue on Tiktok’s end, please reach out to their support team on this as the feed has all the required attributes.
