• The plugin was crashing almost all my website, but mostly on product pages and cart page.

    On the product page it was limiting the maximum width to 700px, and the cart page had a critical error, not displaying only the top menu of the site.

    In addition, the previous version of the plugin did not have the option to be removed, and it kept asking for an update to the new one, which was already installed. I had to remove both via FTP to resolve the issue.

    @usealtar – Thank you for reporting this issue and I’m sorry to hear there were issues when attempting to use the Plugin.

    The TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin can be removed by deactivating and deleting the Plugin. Removing the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin should be the same as any other WordPress Plugin.

    Please provide additional information on the issue to help debug the issue with the Critical Error:

    – what version of the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin are you using?
    – what version of WordPress/WooCommerce are you using?
    – can you provide any logs of the error or additional details about the error itself? Please provide screenshots, error logs and any console errors.

    • To retrieve your?WooCommerce?activity?logs?by following the steps below:
      • Select WooCommerce on your sidebar menu
      • Select Status > Logs
      • Type in “tiktok_for_woocommerce” in the search bar menu and select view.
      • Copy the entire log (drag and select all the way to the bottom of the screen to ensure you select and copy the full log). Note that logs are organized by date, so be sure that you are copying the logs from date when you installed the plugin or from the most recent date.
      • Paste the logs into notepad and saved as a .txt file

    Please update to use the latest version of the Plugin (V1.0.15) and let us know if you are still experiencing this issue. If this issue is resolved please mark this ticket as resolved.
