Tiktok for Woocommerce not working

    Hello good day.

    Not sure if this is a good avenue to ask question for the plugin, but will take my chance.

    I’m trying to use Tiktok for Woocommerc https://woocommerce.com/products/tiktok-for-woocommerce/ version 1.0.6. Have installed it but somehow when I go to Marketing > Tiktok, It says “This page isn’t working”. I tried to enable logging and I got this error “Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)”

    I tried adjusting the memory limit, but the error still occurs even though I get it to 1026M. Is there any way to fix the plugin? How can we make this work?

    I’m trying to use Tiktok for Woocommerc https://woocommerce.com/products/tiktok-for-woocommerce/ version 1.0.6. Have installed it but somehow when I go to Marketing > Tiktok, It says “This page isn’t working”. I tried to enable logging and I got this error “Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)”

    I tried adjusting the memory limit, but the error still occurs even though I get it to 1026M. Is there any way to fix the plugin? How can we make this work?

    Could you please tell us what errors you are not seeing now having increased your memory limit as you described above?

    So even if I increase the memory, that error will still show and the settings page still won’t work.

    We haven’t added any ads yet as the settings page is not working.

    Is there any way to fix so the settings page would work?

    This memory exhaustion issue could be due to a faulty plugin/theme. Could you please check if the problem persists while reverting your site to a default theme like Storefront theme and having all plugins except WooCommerce and TikTok for WooCommerce deactivated?

    To achieve the above, you can install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, which allows you to simulate a clean WordPress session.

    While in troubleshooting mode with the plugin above, all plugins will be disabled, and a default theme will be used, but only for your admin user role until you disable it or log out.

    Also, if you see any fatal errors listed under WooCommerce → Status → Logs, please share them with us. You will need to select the option containing fatal-errors.log from the drop-down to see your fatal errors.

    I tried migrating the site to staging site to investigate. Changed theme to twentytwelve and deactivated plugins except for woocommerce and tiktok for woocommerce plugin. Still no luck ?? settings page is still not showing

    Thank you for sending the error logs.

    Have you tried changing your theme back to Storefront and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to check if the memory error stops?

    Regarding the TikTok issue, I see you are using the 1.0.6 version of the plugin. Please try updating it to the latest version (1.0.7) and check if it persists.
