TikTok for WooCommerce extension not working

Hi, writing here a bit defeated. I’ve contacted WooCommerce support and all possible TikTok support portals and no one has been able to help.

The Issue:

We are running WooCommerce 8.0 or higher. After installing the TikTok for WooCommerce, we are able to view and use the plugin, but when we click “Connect” within the plugin, it leads to a page that shows:

This page doesn’t seem to exist.It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?”

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My business is missing out on a lot of income as we have a strong social media presence.
