TikTok Feed doesn’t work

    Hey there!! This plugins has helped me a lot, and I want to thank you for this development.

    I was wondering if you could help me with a Tik Tok Feed that we deployed and for some reason, when we upload it to the Tik Tok Business Manager, it throws this error, check out the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ek5zrQs0CEV_

    The thing is that the XML feed has indeed the images and descriptions, check it out: https://prnt.sc/K0RMw9yvMOMb – only the brand is not there (but that’s something we’re fixing). What exactly could be wrong with the image link and the description then? Thanks a lot.

    Hi @nicolasfranz ,

    Can you please expand the issue with the image link? It’s stating that it’s missing so please cross check the affected products againts your XML feed. From there verify that the product in question actually has an image_link.

    You mentioned that it already has one then it’s likely an issue from TikToks end as the XML is providing the link. Try resyncing or reaching out to their support team.

    As for the brands we have this option but it’s only available for the Elite version.
