TikTok catalog issue

  • I generated an xml feed using the default setting.
    I linked it to the tik tok account but unfortunately I can’t upload any products.

    Tiktok takes some time to process a newly uploaded data feed. Please, wait for a few hours and check again.

    Have you found any error messages after uploading to tiktok? Please let me know the error messages if found or contact with TikTok Catalog support team.

    it seems that the problem is due to tiktok and wordpress that are not yet integrated.

    I have the same issue. I created the Tik Tok feed and I pasted the feed URL to Tik Tok catalog. It ran successfully but 0 files rejected,0 files removed, 0 files updated and 0 file added. Has this issue been fixed?
