Tiered Pricing Not Working on backend manual orders

  • Hi all,
    I have a question i’m sure its been asked before but been searching here and google ages and cannot find the answer.
    I am wanting to use the woocommerce tiered pricing plugin however if i was to create a manual order on the back end then the product does not follow the pricing breaks.
    Example if i sell the product for
    ￡2.99 for 1
    ￡2.49 for 5-10
    ￡1.99 for 11+

    And in the manual order i enter qty 6 the price stays at ￡2.99 instead of jumping down to ￡2.49

    As i say im sure im not the first person to find this but i cant actually find this issue anywhere? maybe not searching for the right terms?

    Hello @hobbsie2021,

    The manual orders were disabled in Tiered Pricing Table as it caused many issues with external plugins (mostly with product addons)

    Hey @bycrik,

    Any chance to add a filter inside adjustOrderItemPriceSave & adjustOrderItemPriceUpdate functions, passing the $item object so we can turn on the manual_orders_active but bypass those functions in some cases?

    For example, I’m using a product bundle, so if the item is within a bundle, I could return false and it will work fine. (Or open to other ideas)

    I’ve tried it hardcoding the bypass like this and it worked great, for reference:

    Hey @sefo262,

    You can actually disable the Tiered Pricing manual order functionality and add your own hooks by copy the page of the ManualOrdersAddon.php and adjusting the logic for your need. adjustOrderItemPriceSave & adjustOrderItemPriceUpdate functions can be implemented in your code.
