    Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out.
I’m sorry for the long response time! We’ve had a national holiday.

May I ask if that happens on your page or in the backed?
If that happens on your page – please send us the url at [email protected] and we’ll check it ??

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi!

No, it happens in every page of the backend. On the front end, is not loading right now, due to we have reach the monthly chatbot limit.

Do you want me to create a user for you to check it out at the backend?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

    Thanks for writing back.
The chatbot limit does not affect the chat appearing or not on your page ?? it simply disables automated messages when you reach it, but the chat itself is still visible and users can contact you.

Could you please provide us with your website URL for us to check it? Alternatively you can drop us an email at [email protected] if you do not wish to share it here.

    Thank you in advance!

I am having the same problem on my site. Console error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: tidioApiUrl is not defined
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (options.js?ver=4.5.0:6)
    at mightThrow (jquery.js?ver=3.6.0:3766)
    at process (jquery.js?ver=3.6.0:3834)

jQuery.Deferred exception: tidioApiUrl is not defined ReferenceError: tidioApiUrl is not defined in …wp-content/plugins/tidio-live-chat/media/js/options.js?ver=4.5.0:6:17)

I am not sure if it affects the REST API curl error 28 and The loopback request to your site failed on my site health.

    Hope someone can help.
    Thank you!

I forgot to mention that the console error messages happen only in the backend of the website.

Could you please tell me if the Tidio was installed via a plugin or with a JavaScript code? ??

    Thanks in advance!

Hey! I’m pleased to inform you that our developers managed to fix the issue.

Installing the Tidio plugin on WordPress should not cause any console errors anymore.

If you have any additional questions don’t hesitate to search through our Knowledge base and reach out to [email protected] if necessary ??
