    A customer purchased 2 tickets for one events and 2 tickets for another event. Only one set of tickets was issued.

    I can see the PayPal transaction in the event where no tickets were issued, but no attendees have been added.

    The PayPal transaction appears identically in both events. The customer has been charged the correct amount for the number of tickets they were expecting but have only been added as attendees for one of the events.

    Hi there,

    Sorry about the trouble you are having here, this is definitely odd. Can you tell if you are using the old Tribe Commerce setup or the new Tickets Commerce setup? I want to get an idea so I can set up a test to try this out and see if I can replicate it.

    Have you tried testing this while in a troubleshooting state? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

    It would be a good idea to disable all other plugins and revert to a default theme (if you haven’t already!) and then try testing this, just to see if anything is conflicting.
