@nikhil1110 This depends on your hosting/WordPress service provider, so there is only limited assistance we can give from our side. In general though, if you can successfully install and remove plugins on your site, then permissions on the “wp-content” folder are unlikely to be the issue. However, if your provider gives you ssh/sftp access to your hosted files, then they should have a guide on using that to view the files on your site, including checking their access permissions.

In my experience, this is more likely caused by your hosting provider (but it could be an intermediate service, like Cloudflare, if you use one?) providing very aggressive caching on your site to speed up web browser access for your customers. I recommend asking them about that, and ideally to disable caching completely for the CloudPRNT URL for your site.

who should i ask to disable caching i am new to this please help me out.
i would really appreciate a detailed answer.

@nikhil1110 to disable caching you need to contact your hosting provider; the company that provides your WordPress site.

When speaking with them, ask them to disable caching on your Cloudprnt URL. You can find your CloudPRNT URL on the settings page.

Also, the wp-content folder should be in the root of your domain. Typically you will have a dashboard where you can manage files and permissions for your site.
My folders permissions are set to 755, and most of the files are set to 644.
