    Hi – I have purchased tickets and can see the payments in the backend as confirmed. However, when I try to go to /purchases or /tickets I am still being redirected to the cart page. Not sure what’s going on???? I take it I should be able to see my purchases etc ????

    Neither of those pages will be rendered unless you are actually viewing a resource. /purchases, I’m guessing, is your receipt page? If so, that page only renders when viewing a valid receipt; same with /tickets, except for a ticket.

    I’m not sure I follow. When I have a confirmed payment for a ticket I (as a user) should then be able to go to /receipts and see the receipt for the ticket I purchased???? It just redirects to cart. In addition, the tickets (printable) are not being sent to the purchaser. When I send the tickets and receipt from the admin “email purchaser” it works fine. But not sent automatically on confirmed purchase.

    You should be able to follow the receipt link sent in your purchase confirmation email and view your receipt; nothing is viewable at /receipts unless a valid receipt ID is included in the URL.

    Are your payments marked as ‘Completed’ in the admin? Which payment gateway are you using?

    Hi – thanks for swift reply. I am now getting the email after changing to SMPT – so yes, getting the ticket via email now.

    I am using paypal payment.
    Paypal are confirming payment.
    Tickets are being emailed.
    Admin is showing as confrimed.

    I login and go to /tickets or /receipts and I get redirected to cart again. Am I wrong n thinking that my receipt should be here?

    It’s a charity site and we really need this!

    Are you following the tickets or receipt links in the email?

    Both! It just keeps routing to /purchase.

    When I buy the ticket and am logged in my email for that account automatically propagates the email fields. First name and last name is same as registered user I am logged in with. Is it that it is not recognising the user and so associating it with the user when they go to the /receipts page??? something like that???

    Just realised – I was expecting the user to be able to go to /receipts (bit like woocommerce and purchases) and user sees the purchases they made….

    Thanks! Glad you got it figured out. My Tickets doesn’t do anything to track individual users, so that’s not currently an option. For logged-in users, it could certainly be a future development, but it may not ever be an option for users without accounts.
