Tickets page not working after WordPress upgrade

we were set up and running fine. after the wordpress upgrade we noticed the tickets page had stopped working. I repeated the setup as recommended, but even though Test works, the Tickets page just returns Nothing Found… curious, we installed the plugin for the sidebar, and it displays the events properly, using the same feed I think. We’re using the Storefront theme, but I’ve tried setting the page template to other themes and nothing changes except the appearance.
