    Hello – I have made a few test purchases from different accounts and devices, see the order confirmation page, but have yet to receive any order confirmation or tickets through email. How do I fix this?

    What are you using to sell tickets? Tickets Commerce? Which gateway are you using?

    Do you get to receive other emails from that site? (For example you can try the “reset password” one).
