    I’m having trouble with the tickets page and tickets link on my installation.
    The payment setting page says the tickets page is “tickets”. I didn’t have a tickets page so I created one, that didn’t help the tickets page and link in the email confirmation still goes to a page not found error.
    The hyper link for “tickets” on the payment setting shows “tickets_trashed”. I made a “tickets_trashed” page and again the link still goes to a page not found error.
    The receipt and purchase pages work perfectly, the ticket page is the only one producing this error.

    Did you change the setting on the Payment settings page? If you created a new page but didn’t change that setting, you won’t be pointing at the right page.

    Ahh, ok – I wasn’t making the connection of the page and the page ID, I see now. I created a brand new “tickets” page, updated the page ID in payment settings, and everything works perfectly! Thanks for the repsonse and the fantastic plug-in!
