    I am trying to set up Stripe payment using Tickets Commerce. First I say that I want to use Tickets Commerce and then I say that I want to connect to Stripe. (I have been added as a “developer” for the company whose website I am trying to connect to Stripe.) The company for which I am a “developer” does not show up in the Stripe/Tickets Commerce software when I login to Stripe. My only choice is to create a new company. (I did try creating a new company thinking that I might have to but then realized that all the questions I am being asked go along with creating a new Stripe account, not connecting to an existing one.) Why doesn’t Tickets Commerce recognize the already existing company for which I am a developer and list is so that I can connect to it? It seems to recognize the two companies for which I am an “administrator.” Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Appreciate you providing me more context here.

    Good question. I’m not entirely sure, but I’d check with the team and confirm this. As far as I know, out of the box, our plugin will only recognize one with the Admin role.

    Hi @buzzquake,

    I did run this by our developer, who recommended reaching out to Stripe directly on this, as the developer permissions are sufficient to connect the account. This is his response below:

    “From what I can understand, they’re saying that their client added them to the store, but that when they enter Stripe they don’t see that store listed. That’s something related to Stripe and not us. Maybe I’m interpreting this wrong, but that’s what I understand from what they’re saying.”
