Tickets Being Forced in Cart

Do you have a caching plug-in that’s caching things it shouldn’t? The only thing I can think of that would have this impact would be some seriously over-enthusiastic caching.

No. The only other plugins I got running are Advanced Custom Fields, Contact Form 7, Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on, Contact Form 7 Image Captcha, Genesis Columns Advanced, and Quiz And Survey Master. All are updated. Are there additional cache settings not induced by plugins?

There could be caching from your hosting; may be worth checking.

I’ll also note that when I looked at your site yesterday, I saw two ticket options in the cart, just as you described; but I don’t see those today. One possibility there would be a cache that cleared in between those visits.

I’m assuming its cache since now the cart won’t even work at all. Would you recommend any cache plugins to help this issue?

Given that your current problem is an overzealous cache, I’m not sure adding a caching plug-in would help. What host are you using?

Not certain. If I were to contact them, would I just tell them to check the cache?

I was thinking more that if it was a common host, I might be able to tell you where to look for hosting cache configuration. Most of the time this is something that can be configured from the host’s control panel.
