Tickets Being Created using HTML CW Unable to parse tags

  • This plugin is outputting form entries in HTML, is there a way to stop that? ConnectWise doesn’t accept html so it just comes over as a jumbled mess.

    Hi @drekiss, I believe this happens when you use the {all fields} merge tag. That’s when Gravity Forms outputs HTML.

    For now a workaround is to include individual merge tags for each field.
