I have submitted several tickets and got confimation that “I have assigned this to dev team” and nothing happens. Oldest is now 6months.

After last update several bugs appeared. Some mentioned here already: as html code of link showing up, checklist option of event types in the submit event form shows html code, and sometimes featured image is not show correctly in the event listing view. Propably there is more. But in this point I just rolled back to previous version. And I have made the tickes about those.

As I said I have open tickets about these new bugs.

So far the process has been that you ask me to set up a stagging site and then you tell me that that case has moved to your development team. And then nothing happens. Why would I expect (and put more effort) any other outcome as your solve rate so far is 0%. Or actually solve rate is negative as you latest update added several new bugs.

Returning to me soon as possible is not counted as good support when actual bugs are not fixed. Now you are telling me in the pluging review that you have lost my previous tickets even I can see them open in your support console. This does not encourage me to put more effort setting up stagging sites.

    Hello,

We’d like to inform you that we have tested the plugin again and found no issues the issues maybe from the customization or third party plugins and the tickets are not lost if you provide the ticket number we can look into it from our end.

Hello, I would like to say that I notice exactly the same thing, I have reported numerous tickets, and I am obliged to correct the bugs myself and make improvements so that it works well.

However, there is so much personalized code to maintain with each update, which represents additional work for each website that I have installed and which uses your plugin and the complementary WP Event Manager plugins.

I also see a degradation due to the latest update.

I too have received feedback that corrections or improvements will see the light of day, but I haven’t seen any of that.

    Thank you for considering support.

Your plugin is very interesting, I am sure that by taking into account the feedback from your users and making the requested corrections and improvements, this would give an even more interesting and attractive result.

    Sincerely.

    Hello,

@ecodev We understand your concern and we’d like to inform you that our team is continuously working on improving the platform with innovations and make the user interaction more easy . However we found that only couple of customers are facing this issue that means the issue maybe be with the website setup and customizations . However we are currently working on this. We appreciate your support.

    WP Event Manager.
