    I went through all the settings multiple times, but I can’t figure it out….
    When anybody (visitor, supervisor or admin) goed to the ticket-page, the ticketlist shows only the searchbar, nothing more.
    When I click in the search bar, press [SPACE] en then [BACKSPACE], it suddenly shows a ticketlist with items in it.

    Why isn’t my ticketlist showing normally?

    When a logged in visitor goes to the ticketlist, they should see their tickets straight away, without having to do anything. The admins/supervisors should instantely see all tickets in the system, without having to do anything/

    This may fix issue. Please go to Support Plus > Ticket List > Default Filters and just save setting. After that please recheck your issue.

    This issue is due to js error for tinymce. Have you tried support page with another language? It may work with English.

    Hi, I just added the page in 5 different languages (WPML) but it does the same thing in every language. I can’t seem to track down why the error occurs either.

    Hi,
    It was conflict with other plugin. Please deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue exists.

    If the issue stops after disabling a plugin, the conflict is there. Let us know how you go.

    If it do not resolve issue, please create ticket on our site.

    You are right, it was caused by a conflict with the Codevz Plus (v2.5.2) plugin.
