    Hi, i success create ticketing for my client but now how can i make their ticketing id still appear in the page? in case their forget their ticketing id? am i missing another shortcode?

    Hello @shin25,

    As stated in the last reply, please create a page and use shortcode [supportcandy]. This page allows users to login with their registered email and they can view, create and manage their tickets.

    There is no need to remember ticket ids. Users can view all the tickets at one place.
