    Possibly a simple thing but {{ticket_url}} is not appearing in any emails – do I need to turn something on or off. Also within a ticket itself when you copy the url “Copy URL” it is only copying as “{{ticket_url}}” and not an actual URL.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    Please set up your Ticket URL page at Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > Ticket URL Page > Select “Support Page” or “Open Ticket Page” as per your need > Save the changes.

    Now check the issue and let us know the results.
