Ticket URL not working without being logged in

    Hey there,

    since updating to version 3.0 it seems, the macro link {{ticket_url}} is not working anymore, except for users being logged into the WP site.
    When clicking on it as a guest, no ticket is shown but the page with the SupportCandy login screen.

    I have enabled public mode in the advanced settings, the page settings are set up and looking good too. I need guests to be able to have access to their tickets (preferably without using OTP).
