    in the e-mail notifications
    the ticket URL is not populating properly
    it is getting cut

    i see that the {ticket_url} is being used in the forms
    but it is not working

    what could be wrong

    Hello @rbodapati,

    Please follow the below steps:

        Create a page having shortcode [supportcandy].
        Goto Dashboard > Support > Settings > General and in Support Page setting, select the support page which you have created in the first step.
