    Hi,

    I might buy the premium version but wanted clarification on a couple items:

    Can support tickets be updated by the user who submitted the ticket?

    Are support tickets viewable by all users or does each user only see their own support tickets?

    Can I customize the ticket form? I’d like to do something similar to the below example:

    Hi there.

    Yes, the user can edit the support ticket that they submit.

    A ticket author can only view their own tickets that they have submitted. Agents can view all tickets though.

    Changing the submission form can only be done by editing the code at the moment. We do not have the functionality to dynamically do this at the moment.
