• As a rule, there will be two ticket options: “box office” and “bank transfer”. In the case of “bank transfer”, the customer must of course pay in advance and in the case of “box office” it is only a reservation and payment is made at the entrance.

    I can of course define a ticket manually for each of these, but it would be helpful if I could save these two variants as a template. Of course, it would also be helpful if I could make the text in the email dependent on this.

    Mail text “box office”:
    “X seats are reserved for you, pay at entrance Y.”

    Mail text “transfer”:
    “Transfer amount X to Z by Y”
