• I’ve searched this forum for a way to make sub categories for tickets, what I found was this post with a reply saying it’s not possible.

    I found it to be possible by doing the following:

    Go to Custom Fields;

    Click on “Add new”;

    Scroll down to “Field Type” and select “Drop down”;
    “Field options” will be available now, where you can add a new sub-category on every line

    Lastly, edit the “Visibility” section so that it only appears when you select a certain category.
    Select the field Category, select the category you want this to be the sub-category of.

    For those who create new tickets using the Gravity Form addon, remember to create the new fields as keefs0n describes above then update the same with GF. When it comes time to map there will be a match
