    Hi first of all, thanks for this awesome plugin!
    My cuestion is, its possible to add a ticket subcategory? For example.

    User->printer->tonner
    or
    General->computer
    or
    User->access->network->password change.

    On category options I can add new categories and even re arrange it, but nor create sub categories.
