Is ticket sort order disabled by design? Can I use SKU to set ticket sort order?

    Thank you

    Hi @eric4

Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

Ticket sort order is not based on SKU since the SKU is only optional if you’re using Ticket Commerce. However, you can arrange the ticket order manually from the dashboard.

    See- https://share.zight.com/RBuRdyok

Your desired use-case scenario may be possible with some custom coding, but if you decide to give that a try, please note we cannot provide full support for custom implementations like that.

A good place to start would be our Themer’s Guide, if you’re comfortable doing it DIY.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further concerns.

Thank you. Ticket drag and drop sort does not work using Divi or Classic Editor and Twenty Twenty-Four theme. I tried various browsers and rolling back the Event Tickets plugin, so that’s why I thought drag and drop was disabled.

    Hi @eric4 ,

Thank you for your message and clarification.

The Events Calendar/Event Tickets does not currently have full support with FSE (Full Site Editor) themes like the twenty-twenty-four theme (see Partial Support for FSE Themes). However, the following article might provide further guidance on what you’re trying to accomplish.
