• Under Event Ticket Settings > Default Ticket Settings we are supposed to be able to name different kind of tickets (adult, child, etc.) and their prices. I am able to name different ticket types and set the number of tickets available for each type, but I cannot set prices. Whenever I type in a ticket price and click “Save Ticket Defaults,” all the prices revert to $0.00. The same happens when I try to make tickets available on a page.

    I have specified a currency and a PayPal account in Payment Settings. Why aren’t my ticket prices saving?

    Are you able to save prices when you create an event?

    What do you mean exactly when you say that the prices revert to “$0.00” – is that the literal information that shows in the field? Those fields should only show numeric information; I’m not sure what would cause a dollar sign to show up.

    You’re right, the ticket prices don’t display a dollar sign or decimal on the Ticket Settings page; they just say “0”. (On the event post preview they show up as $0.00.)

    I am not able to save prices when I create an event post either.

    Looks like you might have been adjusting something? Now when I’m on the Ticket Settings page, the ticket value does save properly, but when I add tickets to an event page and preview the page they still all show up as $0.00.

    I haven’t changed anything related to this; I did release an update a couple days ago, but it didn’t change anything about ticket settings.

    What values are you adding to the fields, precisely?

    I have tried 6, 6.00, $6, and $6.00, but all revert to $0.00 on the preview of the published page.
