Ticket Sale Cut Off Point

I am looking to restrict the time until which a ticket can be purchased eg. for a 09.30 bus, ticket sales to stop at 18.00 the previous night. I cannot see this anywhere, and don’t think this is what the “buffer time” does but you help would be appreciated.
