Ticket Reply List: Cut-off text box

I’ve purchased a 5-site package of your plugin (with email piping & exporting add-ons) and currently configuring. When clicking on a ticket to open further detail, the ‘submit reply’ text box is cut off slightly. The reply history boxes are resizing fine however.
Is there CSS I can add to resolve the width issue for the reply box?
Is there also CSS I can add to change the colour of the bright blue active message drop down heading?
