    I need the feature that reminds agent if the assigned ticket is not addressed in x no of days. Is this feature available in Free or Paid version?

    Hello,

    The SLA add-on will be useful for you. You can set SLA policies with conditions and time. If an agent does not complete the ticket within a time then a notification is sent to admin/agents as soon as the ticket goes out of sla. Please see this page for more information.
