Ticket Quantity does not reflect Cart Quantity

Why ticket quantity is not reflecting the Cart quantity? If you buy 2 tickets the cart and records just show 1 quantity. It groups the attendee registration upon adding to the cart and it is confusing. Is there’s a way to separate each attendee in the cart?
