Ticket Purchaser's Address

  • Hi Joe,

    In order to provide seller protection, Paypal requires that buyers provide a shipping address. Is it possible to enable an option that makes it obligatory to require purchasers to provide an physical address no matter which ticket option is selected (e-tickets, printable tickets etc) keeping in mind options for international addresses eg Post code for certain countries and Zip Code for US countries etc?

    Right now, no, but that’s a good idea, and shouldn’t be hard to implement.

    Thank you for the reply. I am happy that you agree it is a good idea as it would make it safer for sellers as well as for purchasersale alike.

    Even happier to know that it may not be hard to implement which means this option may be available soon in some forthcoming update.
