Ticket Purchase not Rendering

Hello Support.
I am on WP 5.1 using The Events Calendar and Pro with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. All was working properly until recently. Now I have two issues. The first is that there is function in the Ticket Panel to display event enrollees. There was until recently and now this ability is not available. RSVP functionality works properly. However, when I create an event with a ticket, when I click the Buy Now. I start the redirection but the page never renders. I have included the redirect URL.

Any ideas?
