“Ticket” menu disappearing

Hi There,
I have just installed your plugin, and followed the installation guide. I am the only agent at this time, and have done 3 test tickets to ensure everything is working correctly. I can see there are 3 pending tickets… I even get a “ticket” submenu option under the “Support” menu – but when I click on this it tells me “Sorry, you are unable to access this page” and then the sub-menu disappears completely. I have triple checked everything and cannot find anywhere in the settings that would be causing this?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
