    Hi There,
    I have just installed your plugin, and followed the installation guide. I am the only agent at this time, and have done 3 test tickets to ensure everything is working correctly. I can see there are 3 pending tickets… I even get a “ticket” submenu option under the “Support” menu – but when I click on this it tells me “Sorry, you are unable to access this page” and then the sub-menu disappears completely. I have triple checked everything and cannot find anywhere in the settings that would be causing this?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Please make sure, you have added yourself as an Agent. Please go to Dashboard > Support > Support Agents > Agents > Add New > Add yourself as an agent.

    Now check the issue and share the outcome with us.

    Hi Milind,

    Yep – checked that – I am the only agent on the list and I am noted as “Administrator” …. or do I need to add myself as Agent also?

    I deleted myself as administrator and re-created the agent and now I can accesss Ticket menu ??
