Hi. I’ve done some searching, but don’t seem to see any similar questions.

Is it possible to affect the ordering of tickets available for a performance. For instance, three seating sections with two tickets to choose from in each (buy an individual seat for $50, or a whole table for $10 off each ticket), however the ordering seems random, or doesn’t match the order that they were entered, or that they’re listed in the price plan.

The table rows don’t seem to be IDed in any discoverable way such that one might manage a little forced ordering.

    Ideas?

The order is determined as follows:

First by increasing Show table ID (i.e. the order Shows were added)
    Then by increasing Performance Date/Time
Then by increasing Zone table ID (i.e. the order Zones were added)
    Finally by priceType (increasing alphabetical)

I agree, it’s not ideal and we need a way to be able to set the order as required. I’ll see what I can come up with.
