Ticket List

Hi, me again.
Using the Helpdesk dashboard I can see all tickets created. However, when I switch to a page using the shortcode [bravowp-helpdesk-frontend] I’m getting only 1 ticket even though I am logged in as the same user.
Should this be the case?
