Ticket ID Number reset?

    Hi @boogaerts,

    The ticket ID number is based on an internal WordPress counter (Auto increment ID in the posts table) and it’s not possible to reset it using normal means. If you want, you could delete old tickets and reset the auto-increment id if you are familiar with database queries. I would recommend to not reset the ID since if it is done incorrectly, you may cause some problems with your installation.
