    Hi,
    great plugin!

    We really would like to use it in our support team, but there is one question which is essential for the final decision:
    When assigning a ticket to another (or many different) agent(s). Is there a way to see the “history” of that ticket anywhere (e.g. which agent had it first and assigned it to which agent when..)?

    That feature would be very important for us.

    Sorry for the delay here!

    For now, we do not save ticket assign history, but it is good thing to include.
    We have taken it in our suggestion list for development, you may see this in couple of updates within one month.

    Hello Nikhil Gawali,

    the new/updated version (7.0.9) includes the “Raised by” function which is great.

    Just to be sure: Will you include a “complete history” in one of the next updates or is this “Raised by” you version of the assign history?
