    How can the person that submitted the ticket see a history of all the conversations for a ticket?

  • Hi Perry, WordPress Admin -> WSDesk -> E-Mail -> Support Email (Outgoing) -> Enter your agent reply mail format.
    You can use the short code [conversation_history] in the mail template to show the history of all conversations.
