    I have edited the stageshow_EMail.php file in the uploads/stageshow/emails directory and it makes no difference , it still uses its own version. There is also no option on my settings>general tab to be able to select a different template for the ticket email. ON advanced tab I can change summary and customer record templates.

    ok solved this one, the email template is selected from the Payment tab and managed to edit the PHP file.

    Another issue has arisen for the sent email. It sends email via various SMTP servers and outlook doesn’t like it and doesn’t show the images as it thinks it suspect. I installed WP Email SMTP which works fine in its test mode but not sure Stageshow is using the generic mail callor whether it has its own. WOuld lik eto link it to my gmail account to avoid any email filtering at customer end?

    You can use WP SMTP Mailer to use your Google account to mail from. Just note that gmail will force rewrite the from address and also from name I believe.
