• I really liked the plugins I am using, but the time to attend to tickets is very long.
    Aside from the delay, I have no feedback from the development team after any feedback from them. I am lost with the problems I reported, waiting more than a week for the return with the store in production and with the plugin showing a problem. I only had a first response saying that the team would contact me, after that much delay and waiting without feedback on what can be done or what will be done.

    Ticket opened in support, nothing happens !!!
    License bought !!! but no support!

    I wait and wait ….
