Ticket dedicated time

i want prevent time to add to cart if has same time and date of another plugin (eg .. if i have two events ( repeats weekly) is 20 oct 2024 at pm ) so user can’t add two to cart if user choose 20 oct but if add one of them in 20 oct and another 21 oct ,, can do it ?? which hooks to use to make custom function or have i get simple way??
