    Hello,

    I’ve done the setup of osticket extention and the Contact Form 7 extention and everything seems to work well as the ticket is correctly created and log file says “Ticket #xxx has been created”

    But on the frontend the user get and error from Form7 : “The sender’s message could not be sent.”

    I cannot find why… any clue ?

    Setup :

    • WordPress v 6.6.2
    • Contact Form 7 v?5.9.8
    • osTicket Connector v 1.0.9

    Hi!

    If ticket was created in osTicket and log file says “Ticket #xxx has been created” then this is issue outside of our plugin.

    The issue may be related to how the PHP mail function, which is used by WordPress to send emails from your site, is configured.
