    Do you mean Ticket ID? please elaborate more on this so that we can understand the requirement.

    I mean add a custom field to the “New Ticket” form that is called: “Support Code”, the value that the user enters in that field must be evaluated via API to validate if the user has for example: “Support hours available. ” If the value passes the check then the ticket is created

    I need to validate the data that the client enters, if the data is valid then the ticket is created, otherwise it shows an error message

    I would greatly appreciate your help.
